HandyTix Pricing

Whether you are a small community theatre, a school, university or college, at HandyTix we believe the same benefits of online ticketing should be available to you, just as they are for our multi venue, performing arts and sports stadium clients with their more complex ticketing requirements.

And you'll find that HandyTix is one of the lowest cost, fully hosted box office ticketing systems around.... plus there's no software to buy, no establishment fees, no long term contracts, no monthly service fees, no ongoing customer support charges.

Here's how it works.

You simply pay us a small usage fee on all tickets sold through the system, based on a percentage of the ticket price. Unlike many other systems, we don't force your online customers to pay non-negotiable "convenience fees" or handling charges, but if you wish, you have the option of applying additional charges on a per ticket or transaction basis.

We invoice the usage fee monthly based on the value of tickets sold in the previous month.

The full revenue from every ticket purchased by credit card is deposited to your bank account immediately a ticket is sold via your nominated Payment Gateway and Merchant Account. (see list of currently supported Payment Gateways here). We don't withhold ticket income until each event has taken place or only transfer money to you on a monthly basis.

Alternatively, if you don't want to establish your own Payment Gateway and Merchant Account, we can process your credit card transactions with our merchant account and pass the proceeds to you, less a small charge for using our Gateway and Merchant Account. Venue map
Because patrons are able to select their seat from an interactive venue map, a custom-built map must be created for each venue showing each seat identified by row and seat number. As it can be quite a complex task to create a venue map, depending on the number of seats, the number of zones/sections and the shape of your venue, there is a modest charge for creating each map based on the number of seats in your auditorium/venue.

However once your basic venue map has been created, you can use it over and over again, setting any number of pricing zones or pricing configurations for any number of events.

We love helping non profit organizations who want to manage online ticket sales themselves rather than hiring other box office ticketing companies that take all your profit. It's our small way of helping your community and supporting your good efforts.

If our current system does not quite fit your specific needs, just let us know and we will try to customize the system or the interface to meet your requirements. Depending on the complexity of any work required, an additional software development charge may apply.
