HandyTix is one of the most powerful yet cost effective box office ticketing systems around.... no software to buy, no set up fees, no long term contracts, no monthly service fees, no upgrade payments, no customer support fees.
You simply pay a small usage fee, based on the value of all tickets sold through the system (box office and online sales).
Unlike many systems, we don't impose non-negotiable "convenience fees" on your online customers. It's entirely your choice whether to add service charges to online or box office sales.
And we certainly don't hold onto your funds for days or weeks on end.... or deduct any charges. The minute a sale is made, your full ticket revenue is sent to your nominated account. We simply invoice our system usage fee at the end of each month.
For reserved seating events, we need to build a seating chart for each venue. As this can be quite time consuming, a once off seat creation charge applies for venues over 500 seats.
But once your base seating chart has been created, you can use it for any event and simply change pricing zones or pricing configurations as required.
