Customer Database

A good customer database is a vital part of any event ticketing system. A comprehensive database of patrons linked to their transaction history gives you the ability to promote new sales opportunities, keep them informed of upcoming events and maintain ongoing loyalty.

Besides entering names, addresses and phone numbers, HandyTix allows you to enter short notes about a customer. This is exceptionally useful if you want to note their interests, preferred seat number or any special requirements. You can also enter details of any concession certificates, student cards etc for future reference.

Can’t find a patron? Misspelled names? The powerful search feature within HandyTix allows you to quickly search on any field - address, phone, company name, city, address, zipcode/postcode. You can also search your patron’s transaction history directly from the main ticket sales screen.

Want to keep in touch with your patrons, send them details of upcoming events? You can easily set up a mailing or email list and select your recipients according to the specific events they attended, the dates they attended and more.   Print envelopes or address labels of any size and shape for quick mailing to selected patrons.

Duplicate patron names in your database? HandyTix can quickly combine or merge records ensuring no transaction data is deleted.

And of course you can export all your customer data, together with transaction history if you wish, filtered by events attended in .xls or .csv format.

If your existing customer database is in .xls format and you're concerned about having to re-enter the data in our system, don't worry as we can import your data into our system (subject to compatible data fields) so you can use it immediately.
