Selling Season Tickets

HandyTix lets you sell any number of season/series subscription ticket types.

You can set up season subscription with events from different auditoriums/venues, set different pricing schemes, apply any number of transaction fees, discounts etc to sales and choose either "Best available" seating or select from the seating chart.



To set up your seasons, you firstly give the season a unique name, then select your events to be included in your session. The first event you choose becomes your "Master Event" .

When selling tickets to season events, the seat map displayed is your Master Event map which displays those seats in all the other events in your series which have the same seat and row number as your Master Event as being available for purchase as season tickets. This means your customers are automatically assigned the same seat to all events in your named season with just a single click of your mouse. Alternatively you can select "Best available" seating for even quicker seat allocation.

Options on the left of the screen gives you the ability to print either a single ticket displaying all the events in the season or print individual tickets, print a receipt or print an address label. You also have the opportunity to enter how the customer found out about your event and of course you have the full range of payment options.... cash, credit card, coupon, COD, check.
