Online Ticket Sales
 Your customers enjoy the convenience and simplicity of point and click seat selection from an interactive seating chart. Alternatively they can select “Best Available” for faster system based seat selection based on rankings you can custom set.
They can zoom in, scroll across, up and down and hover over any seat to see the row number, seat number and base price.
We use flash based technology for the seating chart which offers better cross browser compatibility compared with most other Java base systems.
A countdown timer at the edge of the screen displays how much time a customer has to complete a transaction before the seat is released.
Customers can be offered different pre-set methods of ticket fulfillment – voucher, PDF e-ticket, will call (Box office collection).
All tickets can be printed with bar codes for extra security and fraud protection.
After the sale is completed, an email is sent to the customer confirming the transaction details.
From the administration side you can:
- select which events you want to sell
- set the prices your want to be displayed
- set the payment methods you want to be offer
- customize text on emails that are automatically sent after tickets are purchased
- customize the layout of the initial program search window
- add additional fees such as handling fees
- custom design the e-ticket layout
- block out specific seats from online sale on an event by event basis
- set dates and times scheduled events are visible (but tickets not yet available for purchase)
- set dates and times tickets for scheduled events are available for purchase so you can sell up to the last minute from the box office, but cut off online sales a few hours before the show
- include additional information on the booking pages
