Auditorium/Venue Set-up

You can specify if the venue sells only general admission seats or reserved seats here, but this setting can be overridden or changed as required for any specific event date or time.

HandyTix also supports venues with mixed reserved and unreserved seating which you set up by defining different Sections.

You can specify named Sections in your auditorium venue or arena such as balcony, left stalls, right stalls etc. Each section can be designated as either reserved seating or general admission seating.

You can set up Gate names for each Section so that tickets are printed with the most appropriate doorway or entrance gate to access the patron’s seats.

Ranking structures can be set up a for use with “Best available” seat selection either automatically or user defined.

Default settings for network ticket printing and PDF printing of tickets by online customers can be set at auditorium/venue level but these can be over-ridden as required on an individual performance level.
