As a client of HandyTix you'll also have unrestricted access to online operational manuals, online training, instructional videos, free system upgrades plus general advice and assistance as and when required.
And if you have any suggestions on how we can improve or enhance our system, let us know and we'll try to incorporate this in future upgrades.
Set up and Training
To keep costs as low as possible, training is normally provided over the Internet. We will work with you for as long as it takes you to thoroughly understand how the main features of the program work. Plus you have access to videos, instructional manuals, quick start guides.
Should additional onsite training be required, this can be provided at extra cost.
Client Support
Our website includes a password restricted section specifically designed to help our existing clients become fully familiar with our ticketing system.
