Discount and GiftCards / Flex Passes
Voiding Cards

From the main menu bar, select Ticket Transactions > Gift Discount Card Transactions

Click on the Void button

Enter the barcode of the card in the Barcode field then hit the Find button. The card details will appear in the window on the right.

Click on the Save button.

To Void additional cards, click on the Void button again and follow the steps above.

To remove a card from the list, click on the Delete from Basket button.

Click on the Accept button and a pop-up message will appear saying “ x Cards(s) voided successfully”.
