Search
Browser
You can search for an event on three different levels:
- Auditoriums
- Programs
- Events
The columns in the search results can be customized under Settings > Personal settings.
From the main menu bar, select Search
Auditorium Browser

Click on the Auditorium/Venue button to view the list of available auditoriums in alphabetical order. Double-clicking on an auditorium name will bring up:
- The list of Programs in the selected auditorium (Program Level is on. The Programs are listed in alphabetical order.
- The list of Events taking place at the selected auditorium/venue
Events are listed in chronological order.
To get back to the complete list of auditoriums, click on the Auditorium/Venue button
Program Browser

Click on the Programs button to view the list of Programs in alphabetical order.
Double-clicking on a Program will show the Event list for the selected program.
To filter by Program, enter the name of the program in the Program field.
For the complete list of programs click on the Program button
Event Browser

When you open the Browser you will see the Event list by default. Clicking on the Events button will also activate this list.
Events are listed in chronological order. The default date is the current date which can be changed by clicking on the drop down calendar. Click on the Refresh button after you have changed the date to update the list on events/programs/auditoriums.
You can display additional pages of events if required by:
- scrolling up and down the event list by using the arrows on the right OR
- using the up and down or the Page Up/ Page Down buttons on your keyboard.
To customize the columns in the Browser, go to Settings > Personal Settings.
The following columns can be included:
- Venue - name of the venue
- Auditorium - name of the auditorium
- Program - name of the program
- Date - time and date of the event
- Program type – genre
- GA - indicates whether the event is general admission or reserved seating
- Status - shows the status of the event, e.g. Cancelled, Sold out, etc.
- Quantity of tickets:
- All - total number of tickets generated for the event
- Available - number of tickets currently available
- Sold - number of sold tickets
- Reserved - number of reserved tickets
- Offline - number of tickets allocated for offline resellers
- Printed - number of tickets printed out for offline resellers
- Extra - number of extra tickets sold
- Season ticket - name of the season subscription the event is part of. Right click on the event and select Season tickets.
- Price levels - price levels of the event. Right click on the event and select Price levels.
- Remarks - notes you have made on the event.
