Pass (Transfer) Reservation to another Customer
You can transfer reserved tickets from one customer to another customer. If the recipient’s name is not currently in the database, the new recipient’s name can be added.
From the main menu bar, select Ticket transactions > Pass reservation

From the Deliverer client drop-down box, choose the Customer’s name from whom the tickets are to be transferred.
From they Receiver client drop-down box choose the Customer’s name to whom the tickets are to be transferred.
If the name of the Customer is not in the database, then it can be added by clicking on the button with the red arrow at the right of the Receiver client drop-down box.
The reserved tickets should now show in the box on the right.
Highlight the event or tickets which you wish to transfer and either transfer the tickets or events individually with the upward pointing arrow which says Move or Move all, or if you wish to transfer all of the tickets or events, then click on the Select all button.
The required tickets will then be transferred to the upper box.
Click on the Accept button when you have finished.
