Our web-based, fully hosted system means anyone with access to a computer and internet connection can operate and maintain the ticketing system, set up programs and events and sell tickets. You simply log into the web interface with your user name and password, no matter where you are located.
You don't need to spend hours installing software, configuring the system and then days of training to understand how it works, not to mention the hassles of regularly backing up and maintaining software or databases. The Windows style interface and administration menus makes navigation and operation a breeze, whilst the web enabled back end provides the capability for selling tickets worldwide.
With the standard InterTicket configuration, the main software program and database is installed and hosted on our servers. You just need to save a few files on your computer (or you can even save them to a USB stick if you wish) which sets up the administration interface and gives access to our servers via your password protected login.
You don’t need to purchase SSL certificates and create special secure pages for transactions and payments on your website, since the secure payment page is located on our servers.
And since all updates and enhancements to the program are uploaded as soon as they are available, you'll always have the most up to date technology at your fingertips… at no extra cost.
For larger users, we also offer the option of in-house hosting where the database would reside on your own server. Please contact us for further details of this option.

In the UK, other ticketing software was very expensive - for us the Tickets program is perfect. The customer service is second to none.
